Conveniently located across from recreational, lakefront Cristiania Park, our home has a huge solar heated pool in a lovely garden compound and a delightful covered terrazza. Inside is a charming and commodious new kitchen, Large Lrm/Dining with gas fpl, 3 bdrms, 3 baths, 2nd small kitchen, laundry, 2 wide screen tv’s, etc. The rent of $1350 USD per month is almost all inclusive and includes electric, internet/phone, water, pool and garden maintenance. Tenant pays for gas and maid service (if so desired). Possible small dog permitted w/ pet deposit; minimum six month lease renewable by agreement of parties. Owners occasionally will stay in private casita on property once or twice a year.
